MakeMeAI provides AI-powered image transformation services. The service includes:

• Photo transformation using multiple AI models
• Image storage and management
• Access to transformation history

3. Subscription and Pricing

We offer the following subscription options:

• Free tier: First 3 image transformations at no cost
• Monthly subscription: $3.99/month for up to 50 image transformations
• Annual subscription: $39.99/year for up to 50 image transformations per month and priority processing

4. Refund Policy

While we cannot guarantee specific results from our AI transformations, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 2 days of purchase
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• Excessive use of the service (more than 10 transformations) will make the purchase ineligible for refund

5. User Content and Rights

By uploading images to MakeMeAI, you:

• Retain ownership of your original images
• Grant us license to process and transform your images
• Agree not to upload inappropriate or illegal content

• Copyrighted material without permission
• Content that violates any laws or regulations

7. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features without notice
• Limit service access for technical reasons
• Remove content that violates our terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse of the service. Users may request account deletion by contacting us.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by MakeMeAI’s principal place of business.
